The Hyundai i20 follows the resounding success of the i10 on Indian terrain. The car was first revealed at the Paris Motor Show in October 2008. Launched in India in December 2008, the car is poised to pip the Suzuki Swift Zxi and Skoda Fabia to the post. It will sport a 1.4-litre petrol Kappa engine and will be manufactured at Hyundai’s Chennai plant. The car is expected to be retailed at 260 locations all over India.
